3 month minimum sign up | Cancel any time after 3 months
Book your first appointment and Membership can be applied at the time of your service.
The Fine Print
Members will be charged a recurring Monthly rate on the same day the Membership was purchased every month until membership is cancelled.
Members may choose to cancel their membership at any time after 3 months by calling or texting 754-366-2140 your reason of cancellation.
Non members may not re-join for 3 months.
Less than 24 hour cancellation + No Show fee:
