What does the Membership include?
Our membership is the best we have ever seen. It was designed to make it easy for you to be consistent with your monthly facial skin maintenance.
The Novi Membership unlocks 50% off your monthly Facial treatment of choice.

Can I pause or cancel my Membership?
We simply ask for a minimum of 3 months. After the three months, you can cancel any time.
If you would like to cancel / pause your membership, you will not be able to re-join again for 6 months.

How do I book my appointment?
The best way to book as a member or new customer, is to book online through our booking link.

How far in advance should I book my appointments?
We recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible.
Typically, 1-3 weeks.
There are seasons, days and times that are busier than others, that require more lead time.

What is the Cancellation policy?
Please contact us with at least 24 hour notice of cancellation.
Less than 24 hour cancellation + No Show fee:
Non Members $45
Members $25

How do i sign up for a Membership?
Book you first treatment and we will get you registered at the time of your first visit.

Will my first Facial be included in the Membership?
If you sign up for a Membership at the time of your first visit, your first facial will be included within your Membership… yay!
